SKI PREPARATION
To prepare for an active week, the session will focus on muscular awakening, relaxation, the search for concentration and confidence in one's body.
PROCESS
The carpets are provided and the course is tailor-made, adapted to the physical condition and the expectations of everyone
(dynamic yoga, soft yoga with lots of relaxation, après-ski yoga with more stretching etc ...)
It lasts an average of 1 hour, not counting installation and uninstallation. At home, practice in winter!
APRES SKI SESSION
An après-ski session will focus on restorative postures to stretch tired muscles, relieve the feeling of stiffness, prevent aches, and offset the repetitive movements of your sport.
